Return, Exchange & Repairs

For a refund/exchange, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order, specifying: 

1. Order number
2. What you’re returning
3. Reason for return
4. If exchange, what item you’d like to have sent back 

Once approved you will be provided with return address to send your item/s back. Before returning please ensure you’ve read and understood our returns policy, if any item/s are returned that don’t meet our policy will be returned back to the customer and charged a returned shipping fee.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

- Full priced items can be returned for a refund, store-credit or exchange (exchange for AU customers only);
- Items purchased using a promotion code are only eligible for a store-credit or exchange only (exchange for AU customers only);
- Orders placed using Afterpay are not eligible for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or store-credit;
- The item must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase.

Please note we do not provide exchanges/refunds on:
- Pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons
- Customized jewellery under any change of mind circumstances
- Sales items
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
We are happy to exchange the first item for free with shipping back to you included, however, you will be required to pay for postage back to us. 
When bought from our store, we provide a three-month warranty period where we will repair the item at no cost except for the postage to us and back to you. Jewellery will only be repaired/replaced upon assessment. 
When posting the item back to us, please include a prepaid post satchel that has been addressed to yourself & your best address. 
Our repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg. chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn in saltwater). Our care instructions can be found here.
We reserve the right to not repair or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned three months period.
